These instances have left a bad taste on the reputations of providers for even if the rescission process is part of the system and is there for the protection of all, the current crisis highlights’ these cancellation so much people have begun to cry foul. The move would have an independent body consisting of a representing the state, insurance and a mediator who would allow deliberation of the validity of the policy cancellation. This gives the consumer more powers in a totally industry regulated area. </p>
