These instances have left a bad taste on the reputations of providers for even if the rescission process is part of the system and is there for the protection of all, the current crisis highlightsâ€™ these cancellation so much people have begun to cry foul. The move would have an independent body consisting of a representing the state, insurance and a mediator who would allow deliberation of the validity of the policy cancellation. This gives the consumer more powers in a totally industry regulated area. </p>
